help! work is driving me crazy. we had a new girl and we are having such a hard time training her. she goes for tea session with HR just for 1 hr and she can forget how to do the daily stuff. she has been there for 2 months and we are still reminding of the basic stuff.

Busy with the addition work the bosses are pilling + checking the new girl's work. HELPS. the worst of it all is that the mistakes she makes are so random. Sometimes she is alright with it, sometimes, she makes mistakes.
With the new girl, J is not talking to her much. the mood in the office is total finneralisn. J can just totally ignore her when she talks to us. MY GOODNESS. Since she is so incapable, J loads me with more work. Welcome to the crazy sad life of maddie. On top of all the stuff, i'm backup for J when she goes on leave, cuz the new girl can't be trusted to do daily stuff.
